The Flat Press FP24 is a module that operate in line with a Roll To Roll PET conveyor carryer system.
It’s designed to reach the highest level of planarity of the surface, usually after a lamination process
of, Rigid Flex PCB, Ink Leveling, Solder Mask Dry Film, ABF dielectric materials, IC substrates,
Semiconductors.
The machine always operate on both the sides of the panel, and playing with a combination of heat
and pressure the perfect flatness and adhesion can be reached.
The machine has data management system to control and record the process parameters using the
latest technology of software & hardware.
